Account Services Executive
CDF is hiring dedicated representatives to manage corporate client accounts for onsite and offsite support. We are hiring representatives who are passionate about and take pride in the quality of support they provide. Ideal representatives do not only create happy customers but produce evangelists of the product in the market because of their professionalism. You will be responsible for supporting local and international corporate customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Establishing a professional relationship with clients and managing all high-level communication with them Working as a liaison between corporate clients and CDF Providing on-going training assistance to clients as per contractual agreements Making presentations of our solutions to clients Being a first point of contact for discussion of any matters related to after-sales support Overseeing successful deployment of the product and any additional services offered to clients Maintaining all records related to the products and services provided to clients Engaging technical teams and operational staff for the contractual needs of the clients and any new initiatives with them Strengthening existing relationships and identifying additional opportunities Participating in Pre-Sales and Sales activities Candidate Requirements:
At least three years experience in after-sales client management Good verbal and written communication skills, client relationship management skills and project management skills Knowledge of development and operational aspects of new technology products and services End to end understanding of product development processes Experience in Business Analysis, Solution Design, or Proposal Preparation will be considered an advantage
