Manager, Sales and Marketing

CDF offers software Products and Consulting Services to clients in Pakistan and USA. With the growth in business, CDF is building a team of dedicated personnel to assist us in the sales process. This is a part incentive based position with an opportunity to grow with CDF to international clientage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Sales Activities and Client Communication in all major cities of operation
  • Manage Yearly, Quarterly and Monthly Sales Targets
  • Identify prospective customers and initiate the sales cycle with them
  • Lead all marketing efforts, including maintaining CDF's presence in conferences and other industry initiatives
  • Make sure the CRM is managed and updated regularly
  • Demonstrate the products at customer sites and answer relevant queries
  • Manage the customers all through the sales pipeline until a sale is closed
  • Analyze client businesses to be able to create effective solutions that effect their entire workflow
  • Demonstrate CDF's key brand attributes and thought leadership through all client interactions
  • Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in corporate sales especially in the Tech Sector
  • Exceptional adherence to professional ethics
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret the customer's processes and demonstrate the products according to their specific needs
  • Good understanding of technical software solutions
  • Ability to build an instant rapport with customers
