Usability Engineers and Designers
We are looking for people who have a knack of designing the best user experiences. This is an emerging field and requires a lot of dedication and persistence.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in human factors engineering, usability testing, heuristic evaluations Knows the impact of color, positioning and size on customer's experience Can understand different experience requirements for different customers Proven experience of designing clean interfaces Familiar with modern usability conventions for the Web Understanding of designing interfaces that scale across varying screen resolutions and devices 2+ years of relevant experience in usability design engineering Can just look at an interface and point out how it can be improved Verifiable experience of designing rich and scalable interfaces for software applications Can develop detail oriented designs aimed at providing a complete experience to the user Does not compromise on the quality of the final deliverable Able to work with project managers, engineers, marketing personnel and end-users
