Candidate Requirements:
Minimum bachelors level education with a high GPA Complete command of JavaScript for designing complex solutions Thorough understanding of JavaScript as a programming language (closures, prototypal inheritance, functions as first class objects) Ability to translate front-end designs into clean semantically correct (X)HTML and CSS Familiar with cross browser issues and solutions for CSS and JavaScript Comprehensive knowledge of AJAX Proven expertise in HTML DOM and XML Understanding of complex multi threaded application design Proven skills in designing and development of applications where data integrity and system performance are critical Thorough understanding of Web 2.0 based multi-tier architecture and interfaces Ability to design efficient and complex algorithms Ability to find solutions to complex problems quickly Deep understanding of usability design and good user experience
