Account Services Executive

CDF is hiring dedicated representatives to manage corporate client accounts for onsite and offsite support. We are hiring representatives who are passionate about and take pride in the quality of support they provide. Ideal representatives do not only create happy customers but produce evangelists of the product in the market because of their professionalism. You will be responsible for supporting local and international corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Establishing a professional relationship with clients and managing all high-level communication with them

Working as a liaison between corporate clients and CDF

Providing on-going training assistance to clients as per contractual agreements

Making presentations of our solutions to clients

Being a first point of contact for discussion of any matters related to after-sales support

Overseeing successful deployment of the product and any additional services offered to clients

Maintaining all records related to the products and services provided to clients

Engaging technical teams and operational staff for the contractual needs of the clients and any new initiatives with them

Strengthening existing relationships and identifying additional opportunities

Participating in Pre-Sales and Sales activities

Candidate Requirements:

At least three years experience in after-sales client management

Good verbal and written communication skills, client relationship management skills and project management skills

Knowledge of development and operational aspects of new technology products and services

End to end understanding of product development processes

Experience in Business Analysis, Solution Design, or Proposal Preparation will be considered an advantage

Community Managers/Editors

One of CDF's major pillars of strength comes from our consulting work in online community design and management. We need experienced community managers who can drive conversations with a large membership base.

Key Responsibilities:

Process large sets of information and find News relevant to the community - e.g. process 500 journals in 1 hour into 2-3 articles

Filter news or submissions and edit submissions according to the writing or expressive style

Analyze trends and day-to-day activities and create professional critique or analytical commentary

Engage the audience through interactive discourse

Create and Demonstrate thought leadership about a topic of interest

Create deep professional relationships with top-level influencers from the industry that our communities touch

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum bachelors level education

Ability to gain new perspectives of looking at a certain topic quickly - demonstrated rapid learning abilities

Verifiable experience in communication / debates necessary

Prior experience in editorial responsibilities necessary

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Verifiable experience in voluntary work

Public dealing / Relationship building skills will be given high credence

Verifiable qualifications or prior experience in mass communications will be required

Key Responsibilities:

Manage dedicated and hosted server solutions at CDF

Design, install and optimize CDF servers

Assist in managing the physical security and performance of servers

Assist in maintaining maximum performance level of servers at all times

Candidate Requirements:

Sound technical background

2+ years experience in server maintenance and network administration

Ability to provide onsite and remote technical support at all times

Have a sound knowledge of open source and commercial servers for setting up optimum environment

Experience in setting up Apache and PHP web servers in a Linux environment
